Betamark Production Company Limited was incorporated on the 21st May, 2012 as a private limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. The corporate office and factory is currently sited at Plot 1, Suco Road, New Oko Oba, Agege, Lagos Nigeria.
The company commenced operation immediately with the buying and selling of food processing machines in 2013 and has recently included specialised training in product formulation, sourcing of packaging and process technology as part of its activities. Today, it has become a popular reference point for food processing and food engineering with focused attention on the African market.
